Every participant pays extra refundable deposit 300 CZK at the
beginning of the tournament (FIDE open or NATIONAL open).
If player completes tournament without contumacy, the
organizers will returned refundable deposit after arrival to the last
round. If player loses the game by contumacy, the amount of
300 CZK will pay as compensation for contumacy win.
