Club $300 Catering Grant
For use at Kirribilli Catering OR Curtin Tavern only

All registered clubs are entitled to access one Catering Grant per calendar year, up to a maximum
value of $300, on food or other function costs associated with a club event. The grant is for use at
either the Curtin Tav or Kirribilli Catering only (both owned and operated by the Curtin Student Guild).

SECTION A: Provider Selection
Which Guild catering provider will you be using for your grant?
Please note that clubs receive one single Catering Grant per year, and may only choose either the
Tav OR Kirribilli (not both).
Kirribilli Catering – Please complete Section B and submit to [email protected].
Curtin Tav (“the Tav”) – Please refer to Section C for instructions. No form is required.

SECTION B: Kirribilli Catering Booking
To use your Catering Grant for a Kirribilli booking, please select a package from the attached “Club
Packs” menu from Kirribilli, and complete the form below. This form must be lodged at least two
weeks prior to your event.

Please note that packs are available for collection only (no delivery), between 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday. Please also note that food cannot
be collected any earlier than 30min before your function start time (due to food safety regulations). Excludes Pack 4: Snack Attack.
11. Do you have any additional requests?
Please note that any alterations or substitutions to the set menu “club packs” may incur additional charges, to be quoted by Kirribilli Catering on
receiving your order. Any additional costs must be paid up front at Guild Reception prior to confirmation of your booking.

What’s next?
The Clubs Support team will lodge your booking with Kirribilli Catering. You should receive confirmation of your
booking within the next week (via email). Any additional requests / menu alterations will be priced up and quoted
to you via email. You will be required to pay for any such additional charges at Guild Reception prior to your
booking being confirmed.
Terms & Conditions: Grant is available only to clubs who are currently registered with the Guild. This grant is single use only. Grant cannot be
used to pay for alcohol in any capacity. All packs must be picked up from Main Café between 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday. Platters must be
returned to Main Café after your event. All packs come with disposable cups, napkins, and plates. Additions or alterations to the set menu “club
packs” are subject to additional charges. Any additional costs must be paid in advance prior to booking being confirmed. Cancellations or date
change requests received less than 2 business days prior to your originally booked date will not be accommodated, and will result in forfeiture of
your grant.

SECTION C: Tav Booking
No form is required to place your booking at the Tav. Instead, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email to [email protected] (and CC [email protected]) to
enquire about booking a function and/or catering at the Tavern. Please be sure to specify that
you are a Guild club, and that you intend to use your Club Catering Grant to pay for the
booking.
In the subject header, please write “Club Catering Grant Booking: Club Name Here”
Within the body of the email, please also include the following information:
a. Club’s full name,
b. Your full name,
c. Your student number,
d. Your role within the club (i.e. “club secretary”)
e. Function title / description
f. Proposed date & time for function
Only authorised club committee members may lodge bookings on the club’s behalf.
2. The friendly Tav team will put together a quote based on your requirements, and email this
through to both you, and to the Clubs Support team ([email protected]).
3. The Clubs Support team will review your quote and proposed event, and if everything is a-ok
from our end, we’ll be in touch within 2-3 business days to issue approval.
4. Once approved by Clubs Support, you will be advised to visit Guild Reception (Blg 106F) to
collect your $300 Club Catering Grant Card.
5. Simply bring this card with you to the Tav on the day of your event to pay for your function.
Any additional amount owing (over the allocated $300) must be paid up front via
cash/EFTPOS on the day of your event.

Terms & Conditions: Grant is available only to clubs who are currently registered with the Guild. The Club Catering grant card can only be used at
the Tav. This grant is single use only, with any unspent funds to be forfeited. Grant card will not be returned after use. Card should be treated like
cash, and must only be given to authorised persons from your club. Lost/stolen cards will not be reissued. It is the club executive’s responsibility
to keep this card safe. Grant cannot be used on alcohol in any capacity. Cancellations or date change requests received less than 2 business
days prior to your originally booked date will not be accommodated, and will result in forfeiture of your grant.
