TEAM’S PLACE BY 17th April 2015. WE WILL THEN WRITE TO CONFIRM YOUR PLACE IN THE
EVENT OF OVER-SUBSCRIPTION THEN WE WILL RUN A WAITING LIST. PAYMENT WILL NOT
BE CASHED UNTIL YOUR ENTRY IS CONFIRMED. IF UNSUCCESSFUL YOUR CHEQUE WILL BE
RETURNED TO THE CLUB SECRETARY . CHEQUES SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO HAWKINGE
YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB. TOURNAMENT RULES WILL BE SUPPLIED ALONG WITH ENTRY
CONFIRMATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT ENTRY FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF
THE TOURNAMENT BEING CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER OR IF YOUR TEAM
WITHDRAWS.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Squads should consist of no more than 8 players, with no more than 6 players allowed on
the pitch at any one time.
The Tournament will be held at Hawkinge Youth Football Club, Hawkinge Parish Council
Football Ground, Transfer Road, Hawkinge, CT18 7NH ( Please do not park in Cricketers
Close )
Hawkinge Youth Football Club colours are Blue and Yellow. Bibs will be supplied to the
visiting teams in the event of a colour clash.
Refreshments and food will be available to purchase on the day. Programmes also available
on the day.
Hawkinge Youth Football Club follow the FA Respect code of conduct and will appreciate all
players, coaches and supporters abiding by this.
Managers are responsible for the behaviour of their players and supporters. Any verbal or
physical abuse of Hawkinge Youth Football Club, match officials, other supporters or
opposing teams will not be tolerated and may result in the offending team being expelled
from the tournament and potentially being reported to the FA.
Hawkinge Youth Football Club reserves the right to refuse entry to any team, player, coach,
parent or spectator in advance or on the day of the tournament .
Tournament rules will be sent with entry confirmation via the stamped addressed envelope
you supply.
