Socio-professional activation programs for disabled
persons within which individual action plans are
prepared and implemented for each of the
participants, based on the analysis of the professional
predispositions of a disabled person, including at least
two forms of support from the following:










Psychological and socio - psychological counselling
leading to social and vocational integration
Courses and trainings enabling to acquire, update
or change qualifications and professional
competences and to develop skills and social
competences, necessary on the labour market
Vocational couselling
Job agency
Supported employment comprising support for
disable person by trainer / professional assistant
hired by employer
Professional internships and traineeships
Subsidising employment
Directing to work at vocational activity institution
and financing employment costs in vocational
activity institutions
Social services overcoming individual barriers in
social integration and concerning re-entry to the
labour market, including personal assistant
services.
The activities of an environmental nature, including, in
particular, educational and integration activities in
order to adapt the employee in the workplace (only in
conjunction with the main target group, namely
disabled persons)
Organisation of conferences, seminars, workshops and
meetings,
Research and analysis activities,
Preparation, translation and publication of studies and
reports,
Adaptation of solutions developed in another country,
Consulting, exchange of workers, placements and study
visits,
Development of new solutions.
Specific requirements related to Access criterion: Project assumes the implementation of
transnational cooperation
transnational cooperation based on (taking into account) at
least 2 forms of eligible activities referred in “Type of
operations” section.
