1. Secretary’s Report
The secretary will change the name from Dave Edwards to Dave Scheel in the motion to look
into electronic meetings.
Jim Poer made the motion to accept the amended minutes from January. Second by Marc Triplett.
Motion carried.
2. Treasurers Report
$ 17,782 Checking
$21,836 Savings
= $39,618 Total

It will be presented next month for approval.
4. Schedule
Whitey – The Full schedule is almost complete.

A few accommodations were met: Basketball players no games starting after 1,
Umpires are on teams, Bye requests, Inner league games (open C will play Open B),
Might have 1 game, might have triple header
There will be 14 games
Playoffs in Open C and D and Women’s D
5. PR/Community Outreach
Eric Santonil- Newsletter is coming out – look for sponsors, discounts and other great league

Bring your Dog to the Park on an upcoming Sunday.
6. Events Director
Opening Day Party - Sunday, March 6, Silver Fox from 4-8pm
All Star Draft Party - Sunday, April 3, Silver Fox from 4 – 8pm
Beach Volleyball – Saturday, May 14, 12-3
7. Membership Fees Due Tonight
$40 per player and a team roster
8. Player Registration
Players must be registered online tonight to be eligible to play the first two weeks.
9. Playoffs
They will be single elimination and already built into the schedule depending on Rain outs.
10. All Star Game
Each manager will submit the names of 1 pitcher, 3 infielders and 3 outfielders. We expect to
guarantee 2 innings of playing time.
11. Liberty Classic
Tyler Crouse –
• Elite Sports has signed on as a sponsor and has donated first place dry fit jerseys that
will be ready for World Series Teams.
• We will have a Masters division if we have 4 teams registered by April 15.
• Working with Long beach to try and bring the Beach Party to LB.
• $400 for all Surf and Sun teams
• The next meeting is March 10 for anyone interested in helping out.
12. Managers Bags
At breakout- the directors will be giving the managers their bags.
