RULES
Regular N.A.S.C. Soccer rules are in effect with the following additions/modifications:
1) In all tournament games excluding finals, game times and duration as per the tournament schedule.
2) The final game in all age groups will be regulation time.
3) Final games must end with a winner after:
a. Regulation time;
b. Overtime of two (2) 5 minute halves;
c. Penalty kicks: 5 compulsory kicks followed by sudden finish.
4) Referees will be assigned by the Referee-In-Chief or an appointee of the Referee-in-Chief. The Referee
fees will be determined at the May Executive Committee meeting prior to the tournaments.
5) Anyone playing or coaching in the tournament is not able to officiate in that given tournament.
6) Governors shall not officiate during their division(s) weekend unless it is an emergency or approved by
Tournament Committee prior to the tournament.
7) Player call-ups are not permitted during tournament play. Unless approved by the Tournament
Committee prior to the tournament.
SUBSTITUTIONS
It is the responsibility of the coaching staff to ensure that all players are given a balanced amount of playing
time in each game except due to allergies/illness.
All players must be changed as frequently as possible.
DISCIPLINE
Regular N.A.S.C. Soccer discipline rules are in effect with the following additions/modifications:
A player receiving two (2) yellow cards during the tournament will be suspended from the next game.
A player receiving a red card will be automatically suspended for the remainder game and suspended for the
next tournament/league game.
A player receiving two (2) red cards during the tournament will be suspended from the tournament.

All red card offences are subject to review by the Discipline Committee. Suspensions may carry over
and be served during regular league play, if deemed necessary by the Committee.

a. All eligible players may participate.
b. Each team must have a minimum of seven (7) players to participate, otherwise forfeit.
c. Each team will provide a list of the same number of players equal to the number of players of the
team with the fewest players. The team with the larger number of players can restart with their
first player or continue with the unused players once the initial players have been used (ie. All
players from the team with fewer players have participated).
d. Each team takes 5 compulsory kicks followed by sudden finish.
