Arcis Players Club Program Application and Rules
Arcis Players Club offers Players the following benefits. In consideration for the prepaid fee, the Player and any included family members listed
below shall have the following privileges:

Unlimited range practice, including range balls, seven days a week providing the range is open;

Complimentary golf clinics provided during scheduled times at the range – prior scheduling may be required;

Playing privileges: Free afternoon golf Green Fees, a $20 cart fee will apply, times vary by season

Arcis Players Club Rules and Regulations:

Unlimited use of the driving range during regular hours of operation (golf outings that use the range take precedence over APC members.
You may have to wait until they are done using range before you can use it if space is limited).

Driving Range closes at 5:00 on Mondays for clean pick and maintenance

APC Members must present membership card in Golf Shop in order to receive range tokens or going to play golf on a walk-in basis.

Maximum of two range tokens will be dispensed at one time

Monthly charge of $59.00 for any signups done before the 15th of each month, and $30 for any signups done after the 15th of each month.

20 % Discount on in stock merchandise (excludes balls, shoes, and clubs). 20% discount on food and beverage purchases (excludes
alcohol). Some restrictions will apply to food and beverage discounts, must present membership card to receive discount.

2016 APC season runs from April thru October 31. Any privileges before or after these dates are not valid.

Prepay the entire APC season upon signup and receive discounted rate of $379 for year.

Whitetail Ridge will charge the credit card on file by the 2nd of each month

Intent to cancel must be received in writing or email by the 28th of each month to avoid additional charges for following month’s program
fee. Fees charged after the cancellation period is closed will not be refunded. Email may be sent to [email protected] to cancel
membership.

Cart Fee only golf after 3:00 P.M. daily. $20 includes cart.

After 3 paid months receive a free dozen of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls.

One 30 minute group clinic will be held each month by the Whitetail Ridge Professional Staff

Practice balls and tokens are for APC members only
o Sharing range balls/tokens with non-members is prohibited
o First violation will result in a warning
o Second violation will result in suspension of APC privileges without a refund
The Arcis Players Club is available for the Player and, for an additional fee, can include up to two (2) of the Player’s immediate family members.
Upon execution of the Agreement and payment of the Plan Fee indicated below, the Player and named immediate family members shall receive
range pass(es) allowing access to the Arcis Players Club program privileges.

Payment.
Installment Payment Plan
I agree to pay my Plan Fee in monthly installments to be due the first day of each calendar month. Club is hereby authorized to make a charge to
my Credit Card on file, in the amount of $_________________ per month. I understand this amount will not be pro-rated if I enroll after the term
begins, and that I am committing to these installment payments each month until I give a written notice, as outlined above, to cancel the Plan. I
agree to report to Club all changes to above credit card information within ten (10) days of the change. I agree that Whitetail Ridge Golf Club is not
responsible for any charges or expenses (e.g for overdrawn accounts, exceeding credit card limits, etc.) resulting from charges billed by Whitetail
Ridge Golf Club.
I agree to pay the charges by the due date and understand that I will forfeit my privileges and be unable to sign up for the installment payment plan in
the future should an installment payment not be made for any reason. Upon cancellation of this agreement I furthermore agree to turn over my
range pass within 10 days of cancellation.
