NOTICE OF MATERIAL EVENT (FAILURE TO FILE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND CERTAIN OPERATING DATA) Re: City of Gainesville, Florida, Gainesville Regional Utilities (the ʺIssuerʺ) Utilities System Revenue Bonds, Series 2009B (CUSIPs: 362848QU0, 362848QV8, 362848QW6, 362848QX4, 362848QY2, 362848QQ9, 362848QR7, 362848QS5); Utilities System Revenue Bonds, Series 2010A (CUSIP 362848QZ9); Utilities System Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (CUSIP 362848RA3); Utilities System Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C (CUSIPs 362848RC9, 362848RD7, 362848RE5, 362848RF2, 362848RG0); Utilities System Revenue Bonds, Series 2012A (CUSIPs 362848RH8, 362848RJ4, 362848RK1, 362848RL9, 362848RM7, 362848RN5, 362848RP0, 362848RQ8); Utilities System Revenue Bonds, Series 2012B (CUSIP 362848RR6) (collectively, the “Bonds”). In connection with the issuance of the above referenced Bonds, the Issuer entered into continuing disclosure undertakings pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Commissionʹs Rule 15c2‐12 (the ʺRuleʺ). In particular, the Issuer is required to file annually certain financial information or operating data and its audited financial statements for each fiscal year not later than March 30, after the end of the Issuer’s Fiscal Year. With respect to the Bonds, for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2015, the Issuer failed to timely file its audited financial statements and updates to the operating data.
