TRANSPORTATION
LOC will provide participants with transfer from/to Sochi International Airport and
between hotel and venue according to a predetermined schedule.
Any travel
outside of the LOC schedule will be for the teams own account.

2015 IWAS World Games Opening Ceremony will be held on 27th September at the
Central Yug-Sport Stadium and the Closing Ceremony on October 2nd the same
venue.

PLEASE NOTE: For results to be recognised by the IPC Sports
(This is not a requirement for entering the Games – only for IPC results and record recognition)
Athletes must be licensed by IPC before the start of the competition. IPC Licensed athletes must have
a valid, current, IPC Review or Confirmed International Classification to be eligible to have their results
recognised by IPC for the purposes of rankings, records and qualification for future events.

ENTRY PROCEDURE
Pre-entry call
Deadline1 March, 2015
Teams send information about their interest in participation by number to assist us in
our planning
First entry procedure
Deadline 15 June 2015
Teams send information about number of delegation members, head of delegation,
staff and athletes per sport.
Countries are required to pay 50% of the fee (425 Euro for one delegate) to the
bank account of the Organizer of the competition. IWAS will invoice countries for the
capitation fee of £60 per delegate and this will be payable directly to the IWAS
bank account.
Final entry procedure
Deadline 26 July, 2015
Teams to send the following information:
• Names of all members of the delegation, including the head of the
delegation, staff and athletes;
• Discipline in which athletes are going to compete;
• The date of arrival and departure;
• Number of days of stay
Countries are required to pay the remaining 50% of the entry fee to the bank
account of the organizer of the competition (425 Euro for one delegate). Also, full
payment of the capitation fee invoice must be made to IWAS.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
1. 60 pounds – capitation fee per persons must be paid directly to IWAS.
2. 850 Euro – entry fee per persons must be paid to LOC. This fee covers:
 preparing and organizing the event
 accommodation from 26.09 – 03.10
 full-board meals from 26.09 – 03.10
 Transfer between Sochi International Airport and hotels
 Transfer between hotel and sport venues
3. Classification fee (50 Euro per person) paid directly to LOC.
VISA INFORMATION
The nations requiring visa to enter Russia must provide the LOC with list of
delegation with first name, last name, date of birth, passport number and expiry
date.
