Performance
Owens Corning 4-foot strip ridge vent has a superb net free
vent area for a ridge vent; 18 square inches per lineal
foot. VentSure 4-foot strip ridge vent works with supply or
intake ventilation like undereave soffit vents to maximize the
flow of cool, fresh air through your roof and attic structure
which results in a more comfortable home. Proper ventilation
may help increase energy efficiency or help to prevent
premature aging of your roof structure.
Protection
Unlike other competitive products, the VentSure 4-foot strip
ridge vent features a unique flat baffle design that improves
air flow by keeping leaves, pine needles or similar debris from
impacting the performance of the vent. This baffle design
also helps deflect wind driven rain and snow from entering
vent structure.
Maximum
Versatility
The VentSure 4-foot strip ridge vent includes a unique patent
pending corrugated ridge line that allows for additional
flexibility and strength to accommodate various roof pitches
while creating a straight, strong ridge.

interlocking feature which provides easy positioning and
securing of the vent on the roof.

Structural
Support
Because the new VentSure 4-foot strip ridge vent was designed
with the installer in mind, structural braces are positioned for
maximum strength and support for hammering and nailing in
most conditions.

Nailing Aids
VentSure 4-foot strip ridge vent features a total of 10 recessed
pre-drilled nail holes on each vent to help insure a flat, clean
surface for applying the cap shingles and to help reduce the
risk of warping caused by fluctuating outside temperatures.

Pre-molded
End Closures
Each 4-foot strip includes a pre-molded end closure on either
end to help protect from wind driven rain and snow.

Nails
Included
The new VentSure 4-foot strip ridge vent includes 2.5”
galvanized nails for ridge vent and cap installation; the right
tools for the job.

VentSure 4-foot strip ridge vent can be toploaded on any roofing truck in full pallet
quantities from 1-10 pallets. For quantities greater than 10 pallets we will ship full
truckloads direct to the customer from our manufacturing facility.
