Tournament Play Scheduling Guidelines
Tournaments may be scheduled at any time during the year.
Tournaments will be secured with a $500.00 deposit due with registration.
Balance of tournament fee is due 2 weeks prior to the scheduled tournament date.
All concessions will be provided by EPYSP. No outside food/beverage vendors
will be permitted without permission.
El Pomar Youth Sports Park (EPYSP) reserves the right to limit, or relocate
tournament play due to field conditions.
If games are cancelled by EPYSP due to weather or field conditions, the tournament organization will
receive a refund check for unused field time within 3 weeks of tournament ending date. EPYSP will
make every effort to ensure field playability for tournaments. Final determination for field conditions
will be made by the City of Colorado Springs Parks & Recreation Department.
All organizations must submit to EPYSP 2 weeks prior to the start of any activity a certificate of
insurance in the amounts of $100,000 property damage and $300,000 personal injury liability with
El Pomar Youth Sports Park listed as “Additional Insured”.
All Tournament applicants must read, sign and return the enclosed Rules and Regulations sheet.
No field requests will be issued unless this statement is on file with EPYSP.
