Make checks payable to NOAGL. Seal a printed copy of this form, WITH PAYMENT, in
an envelope. You may either give the envelope to the Division Coordinator (Brother Neal
for Junior/Senior, Brother Laurence for Elementary/Middle) during the first round, or mail
the envelope to Br John Larose, Christian Brothers School, #8 Friederichs Ave, New
Orleans, LA 70124.
To avoid late fees, payment must be received (or postmarked if mailed) no later than
Tuesday, November 8 for Junior/Senior, Wednesday, November 9 for
Middle/Elementary. After these dates, all fees are doubled and must be paid in full prior
to registering for the next league game.
