PLEASE NOTE:
• Colouring treatments do not include the blow dry. If there is enough time a blow dry
can be carried out at extra cost.
• Models are not permitted to bring in their own products
• All hair and beauty treatments are subject to the terms and conditions of The Salon
• All treatments are carried out by supervised students
• If having regrowth tint and highlights there will be 2 charges

Terms and Conditions
• We are a training college and our
treatments represent value for money,
however, they do not compare with
that offered by a professional salon.
Treatments are subject to availability
and to the tutor’s final approval.
They are dependent on student’s
knowledge and skills
• Models have to be prepared to be
in The Salon for the benefit of the
students. Therefore, certain classes or
levels cannot be prioritised. Duration
of treatments may vary, please be
prepared to be available for the entire
class (usually 3 to 4 hours)
• Classes may be cancelled with little or
no notice; however, every effort will be
made to notify clients by telephone
• You will not necessarily be attended
to order of arrival but at the discretion
of the lecturer
• Some hair products contain bleach
and tints can stain clothing. Please
do not wear expensive or delicate
clothing. The College does not accept
any responsibility for your personal
possessions. Do not bring any
valuables with you and keep a close
watch on your clothing, etc
• The students also assist in running
the reception area, please be patient
when booking appointments
• Children under 16 are not permitted
chemical treatments in our salons
• Children under 12 are not permitted
on College premises
• Children cannot be left in the
reception area whilst the service is
being carried out
• You must be prepared to vacate the
building in the event of a fire alarm
warning. You will be escorted out by
the student/tutor who is treating you
• Students require clients to obtain
their assessments therefore if you
cannot attend any appointments
made, please provide 24 hours notice.
Otherwise you may be refused further
appointments
