A wager made on a single team, total or proposition.
A wager coupling two or more teams, totals or Propositions.
Money line parlays pay according to true odds multipliers. Football and
basketball are pay table sports. Pay table sports, including sides, totals, first and
second halves, and quarters, where the money line attached to the point spread is
-110, pay according to the football and basketball pay tables. Mixed sport
parlays will be defined as a parlay including both pay table sports and non-pay
table sports. Mixed sport parlays pay according to the football and basketball
pay tables multiplied to the appropriate money lines. Pay table sports parlays
where the money line attached to the point spread of any leg in the parlay is
anything other than -110 will pay according to the “true odds differential” which
is derived by subtracting the pay table multiplier from the true odds multiplier.
This formula will be furnished upon request.
A wager coupling two or more teams, totals or propositions that allow the patron
to modify the pointspread or total by an established value.
A wager, that when the point spread is applied, results in a tie score.
A wager which is disregarded due to a push or other event defined in the rules.
1. Management reserves the right to refuse any wager.
2. Sports book tickets are void 60 days after event. Pari-Mutuel Sports tickets are void 120 days after
the event.
3. Management is not responsible for lost tickets or tickets that become unreadable after printing.
4. It is the patron’s responsibility to check for accuracy on all tickets written.
5. Minimum and maximum wagers for all sporting events shall be established by management.
Wagers will not be accepted at other than current posted terms.
6. All baseball, basketball, and hockey games must be played on the date specified unless noted
otherwise.
7. All other events including football must be held within eight (8) days of scheduled date unless
noted otherwise.
8. A change in the event or game site will not affect the validity of wagers made prior to the change.
9. For games (not including baseball) that are suspended, postponed, or cancelled prior to their timed
conclusion, a winner and loser will be determined if the following amount of game time is
completed (total and half-time wagers included).
35 minutes of college basketball play
43 minutes of professional basketball play
55 minutes of football (college & pro) play
55 minutes of hockey play
90 minutes of soccer play

become official for betting purposes if resumed and completed within one week of date started.
11. Straight wagers that result in a push, based on the wagered point spread, will be considered “no
action” and the wager will be refunded.
12. “Off the board” parlay wagers which include one winner & one push will be reduced to a straight

HOUSE WAGERING RULES AND REGULATIONS
13. “Off the board” teaser wagers that include a push will be reduced to the next lowest betting
bracket. A two (2) team teaser with a push will be considered “no action” and wager will be
refunded.
14. When wagering on total scores, overtime periods are counted in the final score.
15. For halftime bets, overtime periods are included as part of the second half.
16. If a hockey or soccer game is decided by a shootout, the final score will give the winning team one
more goal than its opponent.
17. Correction to scores will only be recognized on the day of the event. For betting purposes, the
score becomes official and cannot be changed after midnight Pacific Time of the date completed.
Baseball
1. Baseball tickets are written the following ways:
a. Team vs. Team: this is an action wager, regardless of the starting pitcher.
b. Listed pitcher vs. Team/Team vs. Listed pitcher: this is an action wager on or against one
specified pitcher regardless of the other starting pitcher. The specified pitcher, however, must
throw the first pitch of their half of the first inning to have action.
c. Listed pitchers: both pitchers specified. Both pitchers must throw the first pitch of their half of
the first inning, otherwise the wager has ‘no action’.
2. In the event of an off pitcher prior to the start of the game, all “action” wagers will be adjusted to
the price of the new pitcher. All listed pitcher, total and run line wagers with the original pitchers
will be refunded.
3. Listed pitchers must start for over/under and run line wagers for action.
4. Baseball games become official for money line wagers after 4 ½ innings if the home team is
winning, 5 innings if the visiting team is winning. If the game is cancelled, postponed or
suspended, the winner for betting purposes is determined by the score after the last full inning
played, unless the home team ties or takes the lead in the bottom half of the incomplete inning (in
which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called).
5. When wagering on over/under or run lines, the baseball game must complete nine (9) full innings
or eight and one half (8 ½) innings if the home team is leading. After that point, wagers are
considered to have action. If the game goes into extra innings and is subsequently cancelled,
postponed, or suspended, the winner for betting purposes is determined by the score after the last
full inning played, unless the home team ties or takes the lead in the bottom half of the incomplete
inning. When that happens the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.
Boxing
1. When wagering on boxing KO propositions includes knockouts, technical knockouts,
disqualification or any other stoppage.
2. In the event a fight is deemed no contest, all wagers including round propositions will be
considered “no action” and all wagers will be refunded.
3. When the bell sounds, signifying the end of a round, it is considered a full round for wagering
purposes. If the bout is officially stopped prior to the bell, it is not considered a full round. When
wagering on over/under round propositions the following applies: one minute and thirty seconds
into a round constitutes a half round. For example: 1:30 into the 5th round equals 4 ½ rounds.
4. Management assumes absolute responsibility to pay the mandatory .25% federal excise tax
required by law (Title 20 U.S.C. Sec. 4401) for wagers on sporting events and horse races.
