Woodbridge Road Sports Ground during the Cricket Festival
Surrey CCC visit Guildford Cricket Club on Friday, 9th to Monday, 12th June to play a four day
Specsavers County Championship match against Essex CCC.
Surrey CCC Members and their guests will have the exclusive use of a Corporate Marquee at
Woodbridge Road on Sunday, 11th June.
The package on each day comprises:




Morning coffee and pastries on arrival
Superb two course luncheon
Traditional Guildford afternoon cricket tea
Scorecard and visit during the day by Surrey CCC players
The Marquee will be located at the Railway End of The Sports Ground and is a superb location on
the boundary edge from which to watch the day’s play. There will be a cash bar open throughout
the day, exclusively for Marquee users.
The price is £45.00 (inclusive of VAT) per head. If you reserve four places, you will receive a
complimentary Car Park Pass to park inside the ground at the Railway End free of charge. Additional
Car Park Passes are available for every four places taken.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
Bookings may be made by Members of Surrey CCC, who may bring guests.
2.
Venue: Guildford Cricket Club, The Sports Ground, Woodbridge Road, Guildford GU1 4RP.
3.
Ground Admission. The price of the Corporate Marquee package does not include Ground
Admission.
Surrey CCC Members are entitled to free admission to The Sports Ground on all days (including
Sunday) upon production of their 2017 Membership Card. If a Surrey CCC member brings a
guest, the guest will need a Ground Admission Ticket. Tickets may be purchased on the day at
the gate and cost £15 (£1 for young persons U-16 if accompanied by an adult). Tickets may also
be purchased in advance from the Kia Oval or on-line from:

Car parking. If you book four places in the Marquee, you will receive a complimentary Car Park
Pass. This will entitle you to park one vehicle free of charge in the car park at the Railway End of
The Sports Ground. Enter via the gate in the Woodbridge Road at the Railway End (adjacent to
the Woodbridge Café). If you do not have a Car Parking Pass, you will not be allowed entry to
park. Free car parking is available on a first come first served basis at Guildford College on Stoke
Road, GU1 1EZ (less than 10 minutes’ walk).
5.
Marquee location. The Corporate Marquee for Surrey Members will be located at the Railway
End of The Sports Ground, Woodbridge Road, Guildford GU1 4RP.

Allocation of seats. Upon arrival, the Pavilion End Corporate Marquee Manager will allocate
you a seat at one of the tables. This will be yours for the day. Use of the Marquee, seating
therein and the bar is exclusively for those who have booked places in the Marquee. The
Marquee is a superb location on the boundary edge from which to watch the day’s play.
