STRATEGIC CONSIDERATIONS CHECKLIST ONE: TAKING

STRATEGIC CONSIDERATIONS
CHECKLIST ONE: TAKING STOCK
When reviewing the current state and formalising your approach to transition, the first step is to take stock of the current strategic considerations for each of the
merging Local Governments and the impact upon Regional Councils and Waste Management Governance. The outcomes of the current activities are expected to be
known mid 2014. The current uncertainty in relation to governance should not inhibit the implementation of future plans or activities, rather the Local Governments will
need to be aware that reviews are underway.
