Robert Penna is an internationally recognised writer and presenter on
outcomes. Robert has recently published a book called ‘The Outcomes
Toolbox’ which is a practical guide to approaching outcomes in
community services. Robert will present an introductory workshop on
outcomes based on the material in his book.
