New Jersey Classic
For 25 years Delta Dental of New
Jersey has been a proud sponsor of
Special Olympics New Jersey. Our
involvement began with the 1990
Winter Games and continues today
with such activities as the Opening
Ceremonies at Winter Games, the
Delta Dental Classic, and many hours
of volunteer service by our employees.
Special Olympics New Jersey is part
of a worldwide program of sports
training and athletic competition
for individuals with intellectual
disabilities. Nearly 3,500 athletes will
compete in 16 Olympic-style team and
individual sports, with support from
1,000 coaches, 10,000 volunteers and
70,000 family members, friends and
spectators. More than 250 of these
athletes - competitors from Special
Olympics New Jersey-will represent
the “Home Team.”
We are proud to be affiliated with
such a wonderful organization and
look forward to continuing to witness
the magic!
