HOW DO I EARN TROP CASH?
Trop Cash is awarded through the Lumière Place slot
management system based on predetermined formulas
regardless of the outcome of the gaming activity.
These formulas award Trop Cash based on the
type of game played, average bet and tier point
level of the player (among other factors).
HOW DO I USE MY TROP ADVANTAGE® CARD?
Your TROP ADVANTAGE® card is your key to many rewards,
so be sure to use it when playing slots & table games.
SLOT PLAYERS: You must have your TROP ADVANTAGE®
Players Card properly inserted into a slot machine
in order to earn tier points and Trop Cash.
TABLE PLAYERS: Play will be rated at a table game by
presenting your TROP ADVANTAGE® Players Card
to a table supervisor. You’ll earn tier points based on
the game played, average bet and time played.
WHAT ARE TIER POINTS?
Tier points are utilized to determine card level. They
are earned based on your gaming activity between
January 1 through December 31 each year, and
are reset to zero every year. Tier points will help
you move to a higher card tier. The more you play,
the higher your status, the better your rewards!
HOW DO I EARN TIER POINTS?
SLOTS: $5 coin-in = 1 tier point
VIDEO POKER: $10 coin-in = 1 tier point
LIVE POKER GAMES: 1 hour played = 20 tier points
TABLE GAMES: Tier points are awarded at the discretion
of Lumière Place staff based on the game being played,
the average bet and the amount of time played.

The Lumière Place slot management system is complicated
and subject to change. Depending on the type of game
played, average bet and tier point level of the player
(among other factors), there may be instances in which
Trop Cash is earned in such a nominal amount that game
play by a patron may result in no Trop Cash dollars being
awarded for a particular gaming session. All questions
with respect to Trop Cash awards should be directed to
the TROP ADVANTAGE® CENTER at Lumière Place.

Swipe your TROP ADVANTAGE® card at any promotional
kiosk to download and redeem your free play offer(s).

THROUGH MAIL OR EMAIL?

mailings, direct mail and email offers and are based
