1. To promote the study of Politics, Economics and
Philosophy at St Michael's and the local community
as a whole.
2. To organise and deliver events (talks, debates,
speeches) invite guest speakers and raise awareness
of political, philosophical and economic issues to
the student and local community.
3. To produce and publish a quarterly journal
containing academic articles and reviews written by
students.

Lady Stowell will talk about several important issues such
as the role of the media in politics and the reform of the
House of Lords. It is a unique chance to meet and talk
with a life peer of the Realm. Do not miss it!

President:
His/her
responsibilities will be to oversee
the work of the society, organise
events and chair meetings and
set the agenda, welcome guest
speakers.

Secretary:
To keep/take
minutes of the meetings and to
assist the president in organising
events.
3.
The Chief Editor of the PPE
Journal: To short list and review
articles for publication of the
journal and to oversee the process of publication and sale.
