Boston is home to the renowned Freedom Trail, SLEEP 2017 brings you the SLEEP Trail.
Visit each Stamp Station on the SLEEP Trail and get your entry form stamped.
Bring the completed entry form to the Society Booth for a free gift and a chance to win a prize!
1. Visit the 12 Stamp Stations in the Exhibit Hall listed on the reverse side.
2. Collect a stamp from all 12 Stamp Stations.
3. Fill out the information below and turn in completed entry form to the
Society Booth by Wednesday, June 7th at 11:00 AM.
4. Receive a free gift and be entered to win one of three great prizes!

RULES: Completed entry forms must be turned in to the Society Booth by June 7th at 11:00 AM. Winners will be drawn in the Exhibit
Hall at 12:30 PM on June 7th. Winners need not be present and will be notified via email. No purchase necessary to enter the drawing.
No substitutions will be made. Television will be shipped directly to winner. Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted. Cannot
combined entry form. Contest is eligible for all registered attendees. Guests and exhibitors are not eligible.
