2017 FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
Dear Club Secretary/Team Manager
Ditton Minors FC has pleasure in inviting teams from your club to attend our Football Tournament on the
weekend of 10 & 11 June 2017 at Ditton Community Centre Kilnbarn Road Ditton Aylesford Kent ME20 6AH.
The tournament will be 5-a-side (max 10 players per team) for the following age groups:
U6s & U7s.
The tournament will be 7-a-side (max 12 players per team) for the following age groups:
U8s, U9s & U10s.
The tournament will be 5-a-side (max 8 players per team) for the following age groups:
U11s, U12s, U13s, U14s, U15s, & U16s.
County League/Academy teams have to play up a year.
Saturday 10 June 2016 – U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16
Sunday 11 June 2016 –U7, U9, U11, U13 & U15
The age groups will be as at 2016/17 season. Please note that a player who had not attained the age of 6 is
not eligible to play in this tournament.
If you wish to enter a team/teams please complete the attached form and return as soon as possible, as team
spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Closing date 21 May 2017.
The entry fee for the tournament is £30 per team, however if you enter 2 teams in the same age group,
applying on the same entry form only, the fee with be £50 for them both.
Cheques should be made payable to Ditton Minors FC and sent to the Tournament Organiser; these will
not be banked until after the closing date. Alternatively payment may be made by bank transfer to Ditton
Minors FC Tournament, Sort Code 536155, Account number 70187363, however the completed entry form
MUST be sent by email, to the address below, together with confirmation of the team name, age group,
amount and payee name, so that payments can be matched to entries.
Confirmation of receipt will be sent, with further information being sent out to you by email during May 2017.

when entering for the event the participant and their parents acknowledge this fact, which may result in the recording and publication of his/her image.
Ditton Minors FC will ensure that all professional photographers recruited have been CRB checked and that they/the company operates a strict Child
Protection Policy and/or a Safeguarding Policy.
