Introduction
Dr. BEN NASR, is now assistant professor with Salman Bin Abdulaziz university, he has
participated since 2001 in several research and development projects in the field of
microelectronics and electronics in the University, and for the industry. His area of
expertise is analogic and mixed- numeric circuit design, and high power applications
among others (low-voltage, low power design).
Dr. BEN NASR received his PHD, and MSc in microelectronics and computer science
from University of TUNIS, in 2001 and 2007 respectively. Since 2001 he joined higher
institute of technological studies of Sousse. As an academic, Dr. BEN NASR published
many papers in international journals and scientific meetings; he also participated in many
funded research projects.
For the industry, Dr BEN NASR participated in design and consultancy in the field of
microelectronics for implantable application. Dr. BEN NASR, also participated in the
development of embedded electronics like automotive applications, and renewable energy

Personal realisation & patent
Concurrently to my activities of teaching and research, I allocated part of my time for the
realization of the industrial systems for the aim of scientific research to contribute to the use
of renewable energy sources. Within this framework, I set up these concrete industrial
