Closing date: the complete entry list has to be submitted till Thursday,
August 10th, 2017. to the CdL delegate of Hungary.

Entryfee: 35 €/dog. Entry and payment has to be done exclusively by the
national organisations.
Admission: maximum 12 dogs per country, breed and sex. The World Champions
from 2016 may compete additionaly, about the contingent. The last 2 races before
closing date have to be without disqualification. A disqualification between closing
date and the European Championship will exclude the dog from the participation.
Chip, or good legible tattooing obligatory !
Rules: FCI Racing Rules and rules of the FCI Championship according to FCI
regulations for International Sighthound races and coursings from 01.01.2017". All
dogs – the Italian Greyhounds too – must run in muzzle !
Modus of competition: every dogs are running 2 preeliminary heats for time, and
the 6 best time from the both heats qualify in the finale.
For the Greyhouds only 1 heat is compulsory, a second one
is optional. The 6 fastest dogs qualify for the finale.
Prizes: European Champion = blue jacket
Sprinters
= green jacket
Special prizes for all finalists, souvenir for all participants
Racing catalouge: can be purchased for 5 €.
Veterinary controll and controll measuring:

Veterinary control will be done only on the day befor the racing day !
Valid vaccination passport, rabies vaccination according to EU-regulations is
mandatory, at least 30 days. Vaccination passport have to be presented. Traveling
to Hungary according EU-regulation.

Depending on the number of dogs enterd in the competition, breeds can be moved
to another day. The definitiv breed schedules will be published till 15.08.2017.
Dopping control: according the FCI rules will be dopping control executed.
Decisions of FCI-CdL: according to the decision of the CdL Comission, all
Whippets and Italian Greyhounds, which aren’t registered in the database, will be
measured in the time of veterinary control. The CdL-delegate have the competence
to exclude dogs from participation of the racing, if they aren’t in accordance with
the given height, as stated in the FCI-Rulebook. Dog owners who refuse the
measurement, are automatically excluded from participation. Appeal against the
decision of the CdL-delegate isn’t possible. With the entering for the European
Championship each owner takes note of the CdL decision.
According the decision of the CdL for the sprinters will be given the titel „CdL
Winner Racing 2017”. Participation is open for Whippets and Italian Greyhounds
from the sprinter size.
Liability/Responsibility: according to § 1.11 FCI rules, neither the organizer, nog
the officials are liable for accident of dog owners, officials or dogs. This expands to
lost dogs as well. The dog owner isn’t liable in case of an injury, caused by his
hound to another dog while racing.
In any other case the dog owner is responsible/liable for his dog, befor, during and
after the race.
Camping: arrival possible from Monday, 25.August.
Caravans, motorhomes, cars/vans with tents, without electricity.
Week price 60 €, Weekend price 40 €. Day price 10 €.

Opening ceremonie: Thursday, 31. August, 19.30. Welcome the participants by
the Club and by the CdL delegate. Pull up the FCI flag, European anthem.
