Course Descriptions
Class Series
Core Puppy Skills (Starts Saturday March1)
Session A: REQUIRED for all Puppy Owners: 1 hour orientation including introductions, basic
housekeeping, reward training, using food as a lure and intros to sit/down basics.
Session B: Focus on Recalls
Session C: Focus on Accepting Body Touches/Playing/Releasing Toys
Session D: Focus on Meeting People/Going for Walks
Class Series
Core Canine Essentials (Starts Wednesday February 12/Saturday March 1)
Session A: REQUIRED for all Owners: 1 hour orientation including introductions, basic housekeeping,
reward training, using food as a lure and intros to sit/down basics.
Session B: Focus on Recalls & Leave It
Session C: Sit/Down/Stay/Tricks
Session D: Leash Walking/Polite Greetings
Don’t Pull! (Sunday February 9) $25/dog
Tired of being dragged around on a leash? Worried that your dog is going to make you slip on the
ice? Join us for an hour and a half immersion in the theory and practice of teaching your dog loose
leash walking. 1.5 hour “single”
Fido Come! (Sunday February 23) $25/dog
Need ideas to help catch your dog? Want to end that game of “catch me if you can?” Join us for an
hour and a half immersion in theory and practice of training your dog to come when called. 1.5 hour
“single”
Don’t Jump! (Sunday March 9) $25/dog
Embarrassed by your dog’s way of greeting guests? Worried that your dog is going to knock
someone over? Join us for an hour and a half immersion in theory and practice of teaching your dog
polite greeting manners. 1.5 hour “single”
Agility Try It (Starts Sunday March 9) $25/dog
Do you think your dog would like agility but have never had a chance to try? Now is your chance!
This course will introduce you and your dog to the basics of working as a team and learning how to
run an agility course. 1 hour “single”
Amazing Variety of Dog Sports (Starts March 20) $120/dog
Does your dog walk on walls and fly over fallen logs? Wish your dog could find your car keys? Do you
dance with your dog? This class will introduce you to a variety of popular dog sports including
agility, K9Noseworks, canine freestyle, and more. Pre-requisites: Your dog must be able to focus on
you in a room with other dogs and must have successfully completed a basic manners course. 6
week course
Reactive Rover (Starts Saturday March 1) $80/dog, 4 week course
Change that awful behavior to awesome. This class is for dogs that bark, lunge, or pull when they see
other dogs, animals, and people--but have not bitten anyone or anything. This class does not offer
drop-in; you must commit to coming all four weeks.

1.5 Hour ‘Singles’ includes “Come!” “Don’t Jump!” “Don’t Pull!” and “Agility Try It” - $25 per dog
Class Series: $80 for 4 Session Punch Card**. Cards are good for 6 weeks from initial class.

Preregistration is required for all classes with at least 24 hour notice. Payment is due at time of
registration.
Singles are $25 per dog/per class.
Intro to Dog Sports is $120 per dog (6 week course.)
Class series (Core Canine Essentials and Core Puppy Skills) are $80 for 4 weeks**.
* These are NOT reactive dog classes! We reserve the right to ask reactive dogs to leave. Reactive
dogs will be encouraged to take the “Reactive Rover” course.
**Class Series Punch Card is valid for 4 individual class sessions. Session A MUST be attended at least
once before bringing your dog to any future classes. Sessions B, C, D and E (coming soon) may be
attended in any order. Card is good for 6 weeks from date of initial class.
