All coaches must pass a POLICE check.
All coaches must have their age appropriate level of coaching certification. AHC will assist the coaches
in achieving these before ? date.
Over looks all team activities,
Works with the Fundraising team to ensure the fundraising is carried through in a timely manor.
Works with the Treasurer to ensure team funds are managed properly.
Steps in to help with all positions as required.
Arranges dressing room security
Assists Coaches with tournament decisions, permits, and travel arrangements as needed
Two per Team
Open a bank account with team name, this must be done no later then Nov 15. This requires two
signatures
Manage all funds for the team, ensures all team payments are made on time.
Submits a team operating statement at the end of the season to the Team Manager
Submits a team budget for review at least twice a season or as required to the Team Manager
Two per Team
Discussing and arranging a wind-up function with the Team, Coaches and Parents. Usually held at the
end of the season. Communicate the wind-up details to the players / parents/ coaches of the team.
The wind-up function usually consists of a team gathering of your choice, food/snacks, trophies and
apparel (all must be funded with your teams fundraising efforts)
One per Team / can be two
Responsible for picking up the Jersey’s from the equipment director at the start of the season and drop off
at the end of the season.
Arriving 30 min before each game with both sets of Jersey’s, collecting them at the end of each game
Laundering the uniforms before the next game.
Responsible for documenting each uniform to ensure none go missing.
Responsibilities such as Team communications (phone calls - emails) for Practices, Games and Team
activities.


To address any parent concerns at the Team level. Should the Parent Rep require assistance, he / she
can request the help of the Director or Executive Parent Rep

Operate Arena time clock
Ensure that proper game conduct is maintained in the time box
Fills out game sheet as game proceeds by maintaining accurate information with instruction from the
referee’s
Hold first aid ticket
Ensure proper steps are taken in the event of an incident.
