PROGRAM OVERVIEW
On September 7th, 24 teams of corporate executives, football enthusiasts, and CCFA supporters will participate on the
field, at CenturyLink Field, in a flag football tournament to benefit the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. This is a
unique football experience played on the same field as your NFL heroes.
In addition to competing for awards and prizes, players will have the opportunity to relax in the ‘Fan Zone’, test their field
goal kicking skills, enjoy stadium tours and the tournament’s after party and awards celebration.

The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) is the leading nonprofit organization aimed at improving the life
of and finding a cure for the 1.4 million American adults and children living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis,
chronic and often debilitating digestive diseases. CCFA is a 501c3 charitable Foundation.
DEMOGRAPHICS
 The Northwest Chapter serves donors and constituents throughout a five-state region including Washington,
Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
 Through various programs, we offer support to an estimated 60,000 Crohn’s and colitis patients and family
members with education programs, support programs, and community awareness and advocacy.
 Through our signature Take Steps Walk program, we engage over 1,600 participants annually who walk and
fundraise for CCFA
