How to set up Self Troubleshooting (show page when facing connection problem) on Dlink DSL-2750E Self Trouble Shooting is Router modem’s function, which can help in analyzing a problem e.g. Adsl light is not on/ blink, frequent disconnected wireless signal. There’ll be a page suggesting basic trouble shooting 1. Type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and then enter 2. Type Username = admin and Password = password (all lower case) and click OK 3. Click at ‘ADVANCED’ and click ‘Network Tools’ and then ‘Self Trouble Shooting’. 4. There’ll be a page of ‘Self Trouble shooting configuration’ You can select Enable/ Disable and click ‘Apply Changes’ Page showing functions on Self Trouble Shooting 1. If Router Modem is facing a problem, this page will show up around 4 minutes to analyze the problem and will refresh every 10 seconds 2. Page ‘Problem with wireless connection’ to show that computer connected with router modem is far from main router modem so it shows low signal wireless or at -70dB up 7. Page ‘Problem with not being able to connect to the internet’ to show that Online light or internet light is not on and cannot connect internet
