If it becomes necessary to restrict entries, this will be on the basis of ‘last received first out’, so please get
your entry in soon.
Groups of five players (maximum 8 groups) on 8 tables immediately followed by championship and
consolation knock-out competitions. Maximum number of competitors for each event: 40

confirm your entry.
Corby Smash Table Tennis Centre will be open from 08:30 with play to commence 09:30.
Refreshments available for purchase throughout the day
from the lounge area.
TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS
1. All entrants must be affiliated as Player Members to Table Tennis England or another National Association
in Membership of the ITTF.
2. Table Tennis England Tournament Regulations apply to this event.
3. ITTF Regulations for International Competitions apply except those relating to matters covered by items
marked (x) in this Entry Form.
4. Completion and submission of this Entry Form signifies agreement by the Entrant to the Conditions of the
Competition including variations from the ITTF requirements.
5. All matches shall be the best of five games.
6. Players clothing main colour must not be white.
7. No competitor or official shall engage in betting on players or matches.
8. All competitors shall be required to umpire and will be scheduled to do so.
9. Doping is not permitted before or during play and doping control tests may take place.
10. All competitors must report to the Referee on arrival and should not leave the premises without first
obtaining the Referee’s permission. Players absent when called upon to play are liable to be scratched.
11. The Referee’s decision shall be final on a point of law and on any question arising not provided for in
these regulations.
12. Competitors in Under-18 events must have been born in 1999 or later; Competitors in Under-15 events
must have been born in 2002 or later; Competitors in Under-13 events must have been born in 2004 or later;
Competitors in Under-11 events must have been born in 2006 or later.
Tournament Information
1. If the Tournament is over-subscribed acceptance of entries will be based on ‘first come first accepted’.
2. The last day for receipt of entries is Friday 23rd June 2017. The Groups will be set on Wednesday 28th June
2017 at Corby Smash Table Tennis Centre.
3. The results of the Tournament will be supplied to Table Tennis England and will, where applicable, adjust a
Players Rating.
4. Each entrant will receive an acknowledgement of entry by Email or Stamped Addressed Envelope
depending on which is supplied with the entry form.
5. There will be no charge for admission to the venue.
6. Play throughout will be with 3* Butterfly G40plastic balls. 8 Butterfly tables will be used in courts
measuring 9m x 5m approximately. Overhead Lighting is to Table Tennis England Competition Standard
averaging 1500 Lux and minimum height of the playing area is 4.5m.
7. Each match will be controlled by an umpire, whose decision will be final on all matters of fact.
8. Practise tables will not be available. Competitors will be permitted to practise on tables not currently in
use at the discretion of the Referee.
9. Car Parking is available at the at the Centre at the owner’s risk.
10. This entry form will be available to download from the Table Tennis England website or from either the
Referee or Tournament Organiser. Hot & cold refreshments will be available throughout the day from our
lounge area.
11. If there are not enough girls or boys to make a tournament a mixed event may take place instead
