Goal – to provide leadership for growing and diversifying
4-H Youth Development programs to all Iowa youth
1 YPS = 14,000-20,000 youth

and serve their youth population
• A campus 4-H staff liaison will help facilitate communication
and coordination between field teams and campus

• Reach youth in both urban and rural areas
Next Steps
How to best serve the youth population in each field
