Rules of the game:
 You must stay in your seat unless you are told to move
 Pay rent when rent is due
 If you can’t afford your rent, you can move to a cheaper
seat
 If you can’t afford any of the seats, you will have to stand at
the back of the room
 If you are standing, you don’t have to pay rent, but you
don’t get paid on payday
 You can try your luck in the lottery, too!
