Quick installation guide for Cyberport SMATV player

Run “setup.exe”

Click “Next”

Click “Yes”

Enter “User Name” and “Company Name”. Then click “Next”

Click “Next”

Click “ Finish”

Now we have the Multicast TV Tuner installed. Select “Start” > “All Programs” >
“Multicast TV Tuner” > “Multicast TV Tuner v2.2.0” to run the TV player.
10. Use the mouse to point the button and it explains the function of every button.
11. Click “Register Multicast TV-Tuner”
12. Kindly please capture the screen below or simply email the 32-digit license request code to
us. Please send the request code to [email protected]. We will send the license
code once it is available and normally it takes one or two days.
* Please do NOT send directly to [email protected] as we have already paid for
the player and we will work with the supplier directly.*
13. Before the license key is available we can still use the player but it will terminate every 15
minutes and we have to rerun it.
14. Once the license key is available, on configuration screen, check “Use Automatic Program
Guide”, select “From APG Server” and enter the Host IP 192.168.47.100 as the picture
shown below. This ensures the player to have the latest channel lists.
15. Please do NOT change the channel information as the player will automatically download
the electronic program guide (EPG) from the server.

Software Licence
We hereby grant you a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for you to store, run and use the Software on
your computer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement of Cyberport 100Mbps Broadband
Service and software licence with accompanies the Software but not further or otherwise. Except to the extent
permitted by law, you shall not alter, modify, adapt or translate the Software nor decompile, disassemble or
reverse engineer the same nor attempt to do any such thing. Upon the date of termination of your Agreement of
Cyberport 100Mbps Broadband Service all licences, rights and privileges granted to you under the Agreement
shall cease.
