We are looking for an experienced Community Football Manager to join our small yet busy team. Reporting to the
CEO, this role will provide opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their career.
About the role:
New Zealand Football’s objective of ‘more people playing and loving Football’ is a key driver for Mainland Football. Our
Club network is critical in the delivery of the game to the wider football community. It is our club network that will help
achieve our growth strategies in the targeted areas of Youth, Female and Futsal.
This role will act as a lead facilitator in those relationships, and provide support to the Federation and Clubs to help
achieve our objectives as outlined in the New Zealand Football Strategic Plan and Mainland Football Business Plan.

Experience in a similar role.
Excellent inter-personal skills.
Personal drive, energy and self-motivation.
Has the ability to work within a team environment.
About our client:
Mainland Football is one of 7 federations of New Zealand football and is responsible for the delivery of both Football
and Futsal to the Community. Both forms of the game continue to experience very good growth.
We are based in Christchurch and have district offices located in Nelson and Marlborough.
We work closely with our Club network across the Federation to ensure quality delivery to all our customers from grass
roots through to Senior Football.
