Freaks 4U Gaming is a gaming-focused marketing agency that provides marketing and PR solutions to customers worldwide with
headquarters in Berlin, Germany, and branch offices in Taipei, Taiwan and Niš, Serbia. We offer creative strategy consulting for
branding, unique PR, marketing and sales campaigns, individual services to realize campaigns, productions and events, and provide
in-depth knowledge about the gaming market as well as insightful market research for our customers.
In our PR department you will not only get a well-structured education for eighteen months full-time, you will also get a
comprehensive insight into the gaming industry. We will impart profound knowledge of product and brand communication. You
will have the chance to observe first hand and learn how corporate communication plays an integral role in client and agency
business processes. During your training in Berlin you will be fully integrated into our team, will pass a proven training plan with
practical and theoretical contents, and you will work independently on your own projects as well as having at least one account
of your own.
Requirements
•
First experience in the PR, communications or media industry
•
Ideally you have a university degree in communication and media science, journalism or another relevant field
•
Creative, goal-directed and correct writing
•
Languages: French as native language or on a native speaker level, fluent English or German. Knowing additional
European languages is beneficial.

Communicative, team-oriented and independent way of working
•
High commitment, flexibility and learning receptivity
•
Affinity to games and technology
•
Ideally you have already published reviews or press texts about games or gaming hardware
•
Good PC and social media knowledge
Scope of duties
•
Supporting the PR team in all matters
•
Maintaining media relations
•
Managing at least one account of your own after the first 6 months
•
Maintaining and extending media contact data base
•
Raising the media presence of our customers from the gaming industry
•
Organizing and conducting interviews
•
Coordinating and conducting press events and meetings
•
Media monitoring and compiling reports
The vacant position is to be fulfilled in Berlin, Germany as soon as possible. Following the successful traineeship, a subsequent
position is possible.
