Greek Olympics are moved to October 8th
There are 4 Sexual assault trainings that can be signed up for on the greek affairs
website – don’t just send your new members
Need Greek Induction forms / packets signed and returned ASAP (if people declined
their bids you will be able to delete them)
Recruitment went great – retention was 85% (up two points from last year)
Total is set at 233!!!
o If a chapter falls below total they may participate in COR
o However, COR is not mandatory
o If you do COR you must let us know

 Judicial Board- app
o Bylaws IV.1 The Judicial Board shall consist of the VP Judicial and a Senior
Delegate from every chapter, except the chapter accused.
o Changed to “The Judicial Board shall consist of the VP Judicial and representative
from every chapter that has applied and been selected for the position by the VP
Judicial”
o The motion to vote on the Judicial board changes was taken up by Alpha Xi Delta
and seconded by Delta Gamma. The motion passed. Voting in the affirmative: Alpha
Delta Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta,
Zeta Tau Alpha. Voting in the negative: none.
 Social Media Standardo Voting to create a social media standard for all Panhellenic women at Texas state.
