tournamentscanalsobefoundinthewebsite.Exclusionsfromaroundareallowedwithanontimenoticetothe
tournament director (10’ after the end of the previous round). In case a player doesn’t show up on a particular
roundhe/sheisforfeitedfromthetournament.APPEALSmaybesubmitteduntil10minutesaftertheendofthe
round.A3‐memberAppealsCommitteewillberesponsiblefortheirexamination.MembersoftheACrelatedtothe
players involved will be exempted. The composition of the AC will be determined before the start of the
tournamentbytheChiefArbiter.Theappealfeeissetat100€andmaybedepositedtotheTournamentDirector
or the Chief Arbiter. Should the appeal be vindicated, the fee shall be returned to the appellant; otherwise it is
withheldbytheorganizers.
ANTI‐CHEATING:Duringthegameitisforbiddentheappearanceanduseofcellphonesandanyotherelectronic
devicesinsidetheplayingvenueandtheplayinghall.
ACCOMODATION:Athletesandescortscanchoosefreelytheirresidence.Theorganizingcommitteehassecured
favorablepricesfortheathletesorescortsinthespectacular5starHotelGalaxyIrakliowhichisalsotournament
venue.Thesepricesareperroomwithbreakfastincluded:SingleRoom75€,DoubleRoom90€,TripleRoom120€.
Thesepricesarevalidfrom5/10/2017to9/10/2017.Participantsorescortscomeindirectcontactwiththehotel
