Five Juveniles Arrested for Vehicle Burglaries and Vehicle Thefts
Pensacola, Fla. – Deputies responded to Fairfield Lakes Apartments at 4:30 this morning in
reference to a vehicle burglary call. Several male subjects were reportedly going through
vehicles in the parking lot. Two suspects, Taz’s Burns and Austin Guy, were quickly
apprehended and agreed to assist deputies in locating the stolen vehicle they had used as well
as several vehicles they had burglarized. It should be noted that every vehicle burglarized was
left unlocked and the keys had been left in every vehicle stolen.
After conducting an investigation, the following have been charged in vehicle burglaries:
Taz’s Dakota Burns (9/4/1997)
- 3 counts of Grand Theft Auto
- 6 counts of Burglary of a Conveyance
- 6 counts of Petit Theft
Austin Wayne Guy (9/1/1999)
- 2 counts Grand Theft Auto
- 4 counts Burglary of a Conveyance
- 1 count of armed burglary
Joseph Harold Gill, Jr. (2/26/99)
- 3 counts of Grand Theft Auto
- 6 counts of burglary of Conveyance
- 6 counts of petit theft
