NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE
YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, who are13 years
of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Father’s Day Ultimate Gift Package
(“Sweepstakes”). Entrants who are under 18 years of age at time of entry must have the written
permission of a parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”) to participate in the Contest. Entry
information provided by children under age thirteen (13) will be destroyed upon receipt. Void where
prohibited and subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Great Northern Mall and Promotional
Partners, including each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate entities and their respective
officers, directors, agents, and employees, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and
children) and household members (whether or not related) of each Sponsor, are not eligible to enter or
win. Facebook and their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion
agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Entrants must fulfill all requirements set forth in the Official Rules
and abide by all decisions of the Sponsor(s) and/or Administrator in order to be eligible for a prize.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible individuals (“Contestants”) may enter the Sweepstakes by visit
https://www.facebook.com/GreatNorthernMall (the “Website”) and entering the contest in the Events Page
titled Father’s Day Ultimate Gift Package Sweepstakes.
TIMING/ENTRY LIMITS: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, June 5,
2017, and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on Friday, June 16, 2017, (the “Promotion Period”). Limit one (1) entry
per entry period. Any person attempting to submit multiple entries that exceed the entry limit will be
ineligible to participate or to receive a prize. Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeper for the
Sweepstakes.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner: One (1) $50 Gift Card to
Dick’s Sporting Goods, one (1) $50 Gift Card to BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, one (1) $75 watch from
Dakota Watch, and one (1) $100 worth of P6 Ripped product from GNC. Prize will be left in winner’s
name at Great Northern Mall Management Office for date to be mutually agreed on by winner and
sponsor. Winners under the age of 18 must have completed consent form signed by parent or legal
guardian to receive Prize; this consent form will be included as an attachment to notification email. Great
Northern Mall/Starwood is not responsible for replacing ticket value in the event a ticket is misplaced,
stolen or lost. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable
and no substitution of cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves
the right to substitute a prize of the same approximate retail value. Prize consists of only items specifically
listed as part of the prize. Certain conditions and restrictions may apply. All costs and expenses not
specified herein, related to any prize or incurred by accepting the prize, are the sole responsibility of the
winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules by random
draw. The winner will be notified directly on their entry by Friday, June 16, 2017. If the selected Winner is
ineligible, or if Winner fails to pick up the prize and sign the necessary forms by Thursday, June 22, 2017
the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner selected by a random drawing from
among all remaining eligible entries. Award of prize and confirmation of winner is contingent upon
potential winner’s qualification and compliance with these Official Rules. Prize will be issued when Great
Northern Mall has determined, in its sole discretion, the Winner submitted an eligible entry and otherwise
complied with the Official Rules. All decisions of Great Northern Mall will be final. Winner will be required
to provide a valid social security or federal tax ID number before the prize will be awarded. Prizes will be
reported to the IRS and State Revenue department via Form 1099. All costs and taxes are the
responsibility of the Winner.
LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE: By accepting a prize, the Winner agrees to release Great
Northern Mall owners, members, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, divisions and their respective directors,
employees, officers and agents, including without limitations any advertising or promotion agency, from
any liability, loss or damages arising from the receipt, or use or misuse of the prize or prize related
activities. A signed release is required for the issuance of any prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance
of a prize constitutes winner’s consent that their name, likeness, voice and/or biographical data may be
used in any medium for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional
notice, compensation or consent.
REGISTRATION: If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including
disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor deems responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right
to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and substitute an appropriate alternate method
of prize award selection. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized
access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or
entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any
web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's
computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE
THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL
LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK
DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BYLAW.
Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means are ineligible
and will be disqualified. All entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In the event of
dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, or if more than one person
uses the same email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account
Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry, unless agreed otherwise. The
“Authorized Account Holder” is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other
organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this Sweepstakes
and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation or award
of prize, shall be resolved by Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, entrant
agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, promotional retail partners and each of their
respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, service agencies, independent
contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above
organizations from any injury, loss or damage to person, including but not limited to death or property
damage due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize,
participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not
responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the
Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes, including such error as may give an erroneous indication
that a prize has been won. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes,
or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited
to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite
or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or
any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other
cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event), the Sponsor shall
have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes
without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes
as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to
award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure
event. All entries are the property of the Sponsor and are not returnable. The Sweepstakes is in no way
sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. Entrants are providing their personal
information to Sponsor, and not to Facebook. The information provided will only be used as indicated by
the sponsor, and entrants have the ability to opt-out of further communications.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is used for the purposes of the
Sweepstakes as outlined in these Official Rules and for any other purpose approved by entrant, pursuant

WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope received by June 31,
