Supagolf win an Ipad mini competition
1.

2. The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes if they win are those who (i) are residents of Australia (ii) are over the
age of 18 (iii) are not (a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or (b)
members of the immediate family of any such employees or contractors. "Immediate family" means spouse, defacto spouse,
parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same
household as the employee/contractor.
3. The winner will receive an Ipad mini 2 WIFI 16G. Valued at $369
4. The competition is open to Queensland residents only. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to enter.
5. Competition is valid Saturday 2nd July and Sunday 3rd July 2016 only
6. Entry is open to visitors to Supa Golf located at Sirromet Winery, Mount Cotton, who play a game during the promotional
period.
7. This competition consists of one random draw. The winning entry will be randomly drawn on Monday 4th July 2016. The draw
will take place at Sirromet Winery, 850-938 Mount Cotton Road, Mount Cotton QLD 4165
8. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone on Monday 4th July 2016 using the contact details provided with their entry
information.
9. The Winner, once notified, will be published on Sirromet website www.sirromet.com
10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
11. If we are, after every reasonable effort, unable to contact the prize winner, we will keep the prize available for three months
from the day the prize winner is decided. If at this time, we have been unable to contact the prize winner, we will re-draw
the competition. 'The re-draw will take place at Sirromet Wines registered place of business, 850 – 938 Mount Cotton Road Mount
Cotton Queensland 4165.
12. The winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any promotional activities (such as photography) surrounding the
winning of the prize, free of charge, and consents to the Promoter using their name and image in any associated promotional
material.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury or
death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition.
15. The promoter promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol. The guidelines for males per week states up to 6 standard
drinks on any one day, no more then 3 days a week. For females the guidelines are up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no

16. PRIVACY STATEMENT: We advise that customer information provided to us and our affiliates is used for the purposes of
