Affinity Sports: 2016-17 Adding Players/Admin to the System

Login to kys.affinitysoccer.com
Click on Players/Admins on the left and then click on Add Player/Admin
Type in First Name, Last Name and DOB and click find, so the system can search to see if they have already been
entered:

If the system finds the player/admin, then you will see a similar screen to this. Click on the radio button that says
‘select’ and you will get options to be able to create a new player or admin application:
If the system does not find the player/admin, you will see a screen like this. If you are adding a player, click on Create
New Youth Player.:

For players, You will then need to enter the parent’s information and hit Save & Continue:
The system may find a family match, meaning the parent and address match or it may not find any information. If the
system finds a match, you can click on ‘Add to Existing Family Account’ at the bottom of the page.

You will then follow the instructions to add your club application. If the system does not find a matching family
account it will take you to the step to create the club application. As you choose options with the dropdown bar, more
will populate:
Make sure you check that their DOB is correct via an acceptable proof of age document and check mark the ‘accepted’
and ‘Age/Legal’ boxes. You will then be able to add the player directly to an available team. If the team is Activated
already, you will not be able to add the player to the team at this point – you will have to do that by going to the Team.
If the team is not set up in the system at this point, then just click on ‘Create Application’. If you do not mark the player
accepted and age/legal, you will have to do so before you can add the player to a team. You will then click on ‘Create
Application’

You can then upload a photo and proof of age document at this point. You do not have to complete this step at this
time – you can do that at any point.
Follow instructions on Step 4 – information here will be what clubs have set up as their ELAs:

If parents are using the system to make payment, you can click on the ‘create order’ button. If not, you do not have to
do anything at this page. You should now be able to find the player in the player lookup. You can also add another
family member at this point by clicking on the link:
If you are adding a new admin, click on the ‘Create New Coach/Admin’ button:

You will then enter the admins information and Save & Continue:
You will then follow the instructions to add your club application. If the system does not find a matching family
account it will take you to the step to create the club application. As you choose options with the dropdown bar, more

You can then upload a photo and concussion certificate this point. You do not have to complete this step at this time –
you can do that at any point. You will then hit save and you should now be able to add as an admin to a team (Go to
instructions foradding Players/Admin to teams).
