and around limits of work as required by local ordinances. All work shall conform to
requirements of the local soil conservation district and all applicable federal, state,
county and/or local statutes, ordinances, regulations, laws and codes. Silt and erosion
control methods shall be employed prior to demolition and shall remain in place until
work is completed.
6. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and for adherence to all
ordinances, regulations, laws and codes having jurisdiction over the property.
7. The Contractor shall coordinate disposal of construction debris from demolition with
Owner's Representative and follow methods of disposal as required by City of Alexandria
ordinances.

any demolition, to determine the exact location of all existing utilities, and shall be fully
responsible for any and all damages which may be occasioned by the Contractor's
