Client :
Racing Card Derby is an actor of the casino world, and is
based in Australia. This company has developed a game
which simulates a horse race. Every drawn card moves
the horse wearing the same color forward. Players bet on
horse arrival order.
Problem :
Racing Card Derby™ game draws on a lot of interactivity
that makes the game much more attractive.
In order to get that result, a solution with card recognition
was necessary.
Constraints:
• No specific markings on the playing cards, such as bar
codes, ultraviolet marks or RFIDS.
• Immediate recognition when cards are drawn; no
slowing down of the game.
• No additional gesture required by the dealer.
