Accessible seating is available at all
price levels. A total of 242 accessible
and companion spaces are available.
ADVANCE TICKET WINDOW
Located behind Section 108 on the
main concourse; open from the
time the gates open through the
conclusion of the game. You may
purchase tickets to another Indians
game or exchange tickets for the
current game. Use this window
to sign your child up for the Knot
Hole Kids Club or resolve ticketing
questions or concerns.
ANIMALS
Only properly identified service animals
are permitted into Victory Field.
ATM
Victory Field has two permanent
ATMs. Both located on the concourse
behind Section 112 (home plate).
AUTOGRAPHS
Fans may seek autographs on the
outfield side of both dugouts (Sections
107 & 117) from the time the gates
open until 30 minutes prior to game
time. Please do not ask players for
autographs during the game as they
are not permitted to sign them.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations may be found
in ALL restrooms at Victory Field.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners and signs are not allowed
to be carried or displayed during
play as they will obstruct the view of
other fans.
BIKE RACKS
Fans riding a bicycle to the ballpark
can find bike racks located just
outside the Center Field Gates. Bikes
are not permitted inside Victory Field.
BULLPENS
One of the many great things about
Victory Field is Baseball Up Close.
We ask that fans please refrain from
asking players in the bullpens for
autographs, baseballs, etc.
CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video equipment are
permitted. Fans however may not
reproduce the game or interfere with
other fans’ enjoyment of the game.
COOLERS & CONTAINERS
Coolers and other carry-in containers
are permitted in the lawn area only and
must be less than 20” in length. Coolers
larger than 20” will not be permitted and
must be returned to the owner’s vehicle.
Fans with coolers must enter through the
designated cooler check gates in Center
Field or Right-Center Field. Alcoholic
beverages and glass containers of any
kind are not permitted.
Fans wishing to leave the lawn area
may check their coolers with personnel
stationed at the Left and Right Field
corners as you exit the lawn area
towards the concourse. No coolers,
beverage containers or food will be
permitted into the seating bowl, with
the exception of those used for infant
feeding or medical purposes.
COORS LIGHT DESIGNATED
DRIVER BOOTH
The Indianapolis Indians want everyone
to get home safely. Fans may visit the
Coors Light Designated Driver Booth
located behind Section 114 and receive
a complimentary soft drink if they are
the designated driver for their group.
The Coors Light Corner is limited to fans
21+ with valid ID.
THE COVE
Features a full-service bar as well as great
food hot off the grill such as the amazing
Shish Kedog. Tickets are $35, and each
ticket includes a $10 food/beverage
voucher. The Cove is limited to fans 21+
with valid ID.
FAMILY RESTROOMS
Family restrooms are available behind
Sections 110 and 117.
FAN BEHAVIOR
Fans behaving in an inappropriate
manner may be subject to ejection. Such
behavior includes, but is not limited
to, offensive or abusive language,
throwing objects onto the field, and any
behavior that interferes with other fans’
enjoyment of the game. Clothing that
is offensive or abusive is not permitted.
Those wearing such clothing will be
asked to remove it, turn it inside out, or
be subject to ejection.
FIELD ACCESS
Only authorized personnel are allowed
on the field. All violators are subject to
ejection and prosecution.

FIRST AID
First Aid is located on the concourse
behind Section 110. A Paramedic/EMT is
on duty every game. Red Cross volunteers
are also stationed around the ballpark in
case of an emergency.
FOOD & CONCESSIONS
Victory Field features seven concession
areas and up to five portable food service
locations. Your choices include freshly
grilled hot dogs, pizza, burritos, nachos
and other ballpark fare. Ice cream and
milk shakes are served at three locations,
behind Section 106, 114 and in the PNC
Plaza. Fans may bring their own food into
the lawn area only.
GATES OPEN
Gates typically open 95 minutes prior to
game time.

will need to be returned to the owner’s
vehicle. Fans are not to loiter around or
enter the “batter’s eye” (pine tree area) as
it may interfere with the play on the field.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and Found items may be turned in
or claimed at the Guest Relations Desk
located in the Suite Lobby behind Section
109. Items not claimed within seven days
will be donated to charity.

Stop by any of our three Souvenir Shops
while at Victory Field.
The Big League Shop, located behind
Section 116, offers a wide variety
of Major League apparel as well as
customized T-shirts and jerseys.
GUEST RELATIONS DESK
The Guest Relations Desk is located in
the Suite Lobby behind Section 109. Fans
may obtain assistance, offer suggestions
and claim prizes given away during the
game. The Guest Relations Desk is open
from the time the gates open until the
conclusion of the game.
The newly renovated Hot Corner Gift
Shop, located behind Section 107, is your
official home for Indians Merchandise.
IVY TECH COMMUNITY COLLEGE
LAWN AREA
Fans are welcome to bring blankets and
coolers into the Ivy Tech Community
College Lawn Seating Area (see Coolers
& Containers). Chairs, sun umbrellas,

opens at 9 a.m. and remains open until
the last fan leaves the ballpark. On nongame days it is open from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. Monday though Friday and Saturday
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All persons with a current military ID are
eligible to receive $3 off gate price.
RAINOUTS & POSTPONEMENTS
In the event five innings of one game
are not completed, except when the
Indians are in the lead at the end of 4 ½
innings, your ticket is good for any 2014
regular season game. Your ticket may be
exchanged at the Victory Field Box Office
for a ticket of equal value, subject to
availability. There will be no refunds issued.
Eligible recipients of the discount include
active duty members, active duty family
members, military retirees and their
dependents with a current Department of
Defense issued ID.
Must present ID to Indians Box Office at
time of purchase to receive discount.
OBJECTS LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY
Fans are invited to keep any ball thrown
or hit into the stands. Any bat that enters
the stands must be returned to the field
and a replacement bat will be issued.

PNC PLAZA ENTERTAINMENT
Victory Field offers several fun and exciting
games in our PNC Plaza area located
behind Center Field. You can win prizes at
the Speed Pitch, Rowdie’s Water Gun Fun,
Spin Wheel and T-Ball Challenge games.

Restrooms are located near the Center
Field entrance and throughout the
concourse. All restrooms feature baby
changing stations and are wheelchair

ROWDIE
Rowdie, the Indians mascot, is a
popular guest at churches, civic
organizations and parties. To schedule
an appearance by Rowdie, please call
317.269.3542. Rowdie will typically sign
autographs during an announced inning
of each game.
SCOREBOARD MESSAGES
The Indians encourage fans to make a
charitable contribution when requesting
birthday and anniversary wishes to run
on the scoreboard during Indians games
at Victory Field. 100% of the donations
collected as a part of this program will be
donated to Make-A-Wish Indiana.

SEASON TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
Any unused season ticket may be
exchanged at the Victory Field Box Office
for a reserved or lawn ticket to any
Monday through Thursday home game
during the 2014 regular season. For more

SECURITY PROCEDURES
All fans will be subject to inspection
upon entering Victory Field. All coolers,
containers, large bags, backpacks,
camera bags, purses, etc. will be
inspected upon entry into the ballpark.
Coolers and food must enter through the
designated gates in Center or RightCenter Field. Glass, alcohol, weapons,
balloons, horns, laser pointers and other
missile-like objects will not be permitted
into Victory Field. For the comfort
and security of our guests, Indians
management reserves the right to not
allow hazardous or disruptive items (e.g.,
healies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into
Victory Field.
SEGWAYS
The use of Segways and similar
devices are permitted for persons with
disabilities in all areas of Victory Field
that are currently accessible to visitors
utilizing motorized wheelchairs. For
safety purposes, Segways or similar
devices are required to travel at a
walking pace in all areas of the park. A
handicap placard, issued by states for
motor vehicles, is required.
SINGLE GAME TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased online at
IndyIndians.com, at the Victory Field
Box Office, or by calling the single game
hotline at 317.269.2282.
SMOKING POLICY
Victory Field is a smoke-free facility. Fans
wishing to smoke must receive a stamp
at the gates in Right-Center Field, Right
Field or Third Base. For re-entry into the
ballpark, fans must present their stamped
ticket. Electronic cigarettes, and similar
items, are not permitted inside Victory
Field.
STADIUM RENTAL
Victory Field serves as the host for
several corporate events, charity
walks, weddings, trade shows,
business meetings, etc.

STROLLERS/WAGONS
Victory Field welcomes fans that bring
and utilize their own strollers/wagons;
however the use of strollers/wagons
should not in any way inhibit general
fan movement or block any aisle
ways. Strollers/wagons are subject to
search by security.

THE INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
The Indianapolis Indians offer 47
handicap accessible parking spaces for
home games. The cost is $5 per space.
They are on a first-come, first-serve basis
and are available four hours before game
time. Once these spots are filled fans
may drop-off at either the third base gate
or the right field gate along West Street.
Additional handicap parking can be found
at The Government Center Garage which
has 80 handicap accessible parking spots
and at the White River State Park and
Indiana State Museum garages.
WEEKDAY PARKING SHUTTLE*
The Indianapolis Indians offer a
convenient option for our weekday
afternoon games. Starting 90 minutes
before the game until 30 minutes after
the game, fans can park at Lucas Oil
Stadium in Gate 1 off of Missouri St for $5
and ride a complimentary shuttle to the
ballpark courtesy of Cavallo Bus Lines.
*Lucas Oil Stadium reserves the right to change the price of
parking without notice.
GENERAL PARKING
More than 6,400 parking spaces are
located within seven blocks of Victory
Field. The Government Center Garage
(evenings and weekends only), on the
northeast corner of West and Maryland,
holds 2,900 cars and costs $6. Parking
is also available at the Indiana State
Museum, Eiteljorg Museum, White River
State Park and the Indianapolis Zoo - all
for $6 on most game days.
BUSES & RVS
Due to space limitations and safety
concerns, fan buses and RVs are not
allowed to park in the Victory Field parking
lot. Buses may drop off outside of the Right
Field Gate on West Street. Bus parking can
be found at the Indianapolis Zoo.
