Job Posting Our Lady of the Elms, an independent, private, all-girls Catholic School founded in 1923, seeks a Director of Annual Giving. Reporting to the President, the Director is responsible for planning, implementing and managing the Annual Fund for the School. Responsibilities include: Develop a comprehensive annual fund plan based on the mission and strategic goals of the School Build strong relationships with donors, current parents and parents of alumnae Work in concert with the Elms Alumnae Director to develop and enhance an alumnae engagement plan that includes annual giving and a class agent program Oversee planning and execution of all fundraising events within the School, including February Fantasy (celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2018) Collaborate with the Director of External Affairs to ensure the School community is aware of annual giving opportunities Produce regular updates and progress reports to share with the President, CFO and Board of Trustees Oversee Raiser’s Edge input, processing and reporting Manages the President’s schedule for major donor visits, cultivation and stewardship Qualifying experience: Three years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, revenue generation Experience in a not-for-profit setting Experience in an independent girls’ school or a Catholic school Experience with Raiser’s Edge software (a plus!)
