Article Spinning
Some people new to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Internet Marketing may be asking;
“What is article spinning?”.
Article Spinning is a method to create new unique articles from existing articles, or creating many articles
within one article which can then be used one article at a time during article submissions. Spinning can
also be used as a method to take one article and “spin it” into several new unique articles.
The article spinner reads each and every word or phrase input by the user, and then generates a list of
words or phrases with a similar meaning as the original, called synonyms. Then the original article is rewritten or “spun” with the list of synonyms for each word or phrase. The synonyms can be used as a
single replacement for each original word, or be added to the article as a list of similar words using
something called Spintax.
Spintax is where multiple words or phrases are added to one article to create multiple versions of the
same article. Here is a basic example of Spintax:
{One|This|My|Your} {essay|article|document|unique article} {re-written|turned|written|spun} into {new|
unique|more} {articles|content|papers|documents}.
Article spinning can output content as a 'single article' or sentence, or it could be output as a full set of
articles in Spintax.
How can article spinning help me?
Article Spinning creates more content at a lower cost of time and money for your websites, SEO and
marketing. Article spinning is a great method to create new unique articles from existing articles so you do
not have to write or have so many new articles written from scratch.

License – Receive, copy and paste your license

Once you confirm your license request and receive it by email, open the software and enter your
license in the “license box” on the opening window of the software.
Copy the license from your email and paste it into the opening screen.
If the license is not correct or typed wrong you will receive a license not found error. Please double check
you have entered the license correctly.
License not found – Most likely the license was entered wrong.
Now that you have the software downloaded, installed, and your license is active we will get into the actual
program configuration.

Configuration
Upon opening BFS Pro, on the settings tab you may want to enter some information to get started. If you
want to check for duplicate content on articles using Copyscape, enter your Copyscape account details on
this page. Copyscape is a paid duplicate content or Plagiarism checker. You can use their services
directly from our Spinner via their API to check for duplicate content. This is a paid service users need to
sign up for through Copyscape if they choose to use this service. It's pretty cheap though!
Go to http://www.copyscape.com/ and sign up for a Copyscape Premium account. You will want to note
your username, which will be used in the Spinner settings.
Then once you have created your Copyscape account, login and find your unique Copyscape API Key,
through the API configuration http://www.copyscape.com/apiconfigure.php
This is different than your Copyscape password and is provided by Copyscape.
Take note of your Copyscape Username, and API they provide and enter them on the settings tab.

Keyword Protection
The Pro Spinner will protect your keywords and keyword phrases while spinning articles.
To protect keyword phrases, enter the whole keyword phrase on one line. Or to protect one keyword at a
time, enter each single keyword on its own line.
Example:
Keyword phrases: puppy training tips, and dog training guide are whole phrases. When entered like
this the phrase will be protected.
And the second example: puppy and dog are individual keywords which will protect those two keywords
in the whole article.

Spinning
Currently there are three different types of spinning offered through the Pro spinner with different features
and benefits. Single, Assisted, and Batch Spinning. We'll review each spinning method.
3 different Spin types
Single Spin
Single Spin is the first tab and where you will spin one single article at a time. Just because it's one article
at each time, that doesn't mean it's not powerful. Here you can create many new articles by using just 1
single article.

To spin using Single Spin. Open and load a text file, or copy & paste an article or text into the top window.
The top window is the input, and the bottom is the output.

Choose how much you want the article to be spun.
The choices are:

Single Spin choices
The spin choices allow you to choose how much you want an article spun and are in order from spin the
article the greatest the to the least. When spinning as many words as possible this will create an article
that is more unique compared to the original article as more words have been replaced.
Once you choose how much you want the article spun, (the number of words you want spun), click Spin
for the new articles.
After clicking Spin the new articles will be located in the bottom output screen.

Best Spin
Best Spin is one single article created from the original that is generally the best spun article from all the
synonyms each word could be replaced with. No spintax is used with best spin, and this article is ready to
use. The output text is now ready to be saved, copied, or edited and ready for use elsewhere.

Random Spin
Clicking on the next output tab at the bottom brings us to random spin. This feature allows you to continue
to spin the same article and output different randomized spins. Each time you click on “random spin”, the
output will be a different spun version, which can be saved or copied.
Clicking on random spin will give you a new spun version each time.

Spintax Spin
The last tab, Spintax, outputs the original article in the format we talked about earlier called Spintax.
Spintax is useful when you are submitting articles or content and want to maintain a level of uniqueness
on each submission to help avoid duplicate submissions. All SEO and article submission tools accept
articles in Spintax.
The content in Spintax can be copied, saved or edited and then saved for future use.

Assisted Spin
Assisted spinning is a type of semi-manual spinning with the help of automation from the spinner by
choosing the best synonyms for each word the user wants to replace. This type of spinning can provide
the most unique and highest quality articles which read well to readers. The quality is controlled by each
user while they spin the article.
To 'Assisted Spin' an article; Open and load, or copy and paste a new article into the assisted spin window.
Click spin at the bottom right of the window.

Once you click spin, the spinner will automatically read each word and choose the best group of synonyms
for each word. All the words which have replacement synonyms will be highlighted in red.
To continue spinning, start at the beginning of the article and click on each word to open up that words
replacement synonym options. Then choose the best word you want to replace the original word with.
Once a word has been replaced the newly edited word will be highlighted in green.
Once you have chosen each replacement synonym, the words will all be highlighted green. And at this
point your new article can be copied or saved for use.

Batch Spin
Batch spinning is very helpful for spinning bulk articles at one time. The original content should be in its
own folder, as text files. To spin whole folders or batches of articles, open the batch tab, and click on open
folder, then locate the input folder of articles you want to spin.
Choose the input folder of articles to be spun.
Once you have located the folder, go down to the bottom and direct the spinner where to output the newly
spun articles. Note: The output folder needs to be different than the input folder. If you do not have an
output folder created, create one now by clicking on open folder at the bottom of the screen.

Once the folders are located, we have to choose the settings. The settings are the same as the single
spin tab. Choose how many words you want spun, and which output type you would like the articles in
after spinning.

When choosing output type; output random. This spin output will open another box allowing you to choose
how many random spins you want to create per each article. When using this output type, select the
number of spins per article you want before clicking spin.

Once you're ready, just click spin and the spinner will spin each file in the folder and add them to the
output folder in the format you choose. The new spun articles will be located in the output folder.
