The activity can form the starting point for focussed community safety youth work. £5 Member Group, £12 Non Member Group Keep It Real This resource takes a practical approach to the issue of youth participation. It views youth participation as an integral part of quality youth work and provides a varied selection of activities, tried and tested by young people, which then build into sample programmes. Activities are designed to: build young peoples' confidence; increase their involvement in decision making; provide creative ways of sharing ideas; act on decisions; and evaluate and recognise achievements. £5 Member Group, £15 Non Member Group Get Set for Play Get Set for Play is a bright and accessible toolkit full of information and advice on introducing play activities into your youth group programme. It includes a section of ideas for games, as well as information about the benefits of play, challenges and solutions, and paperwork (template policies and forms are also provided to make paperwork as pain free as possible!). The Get Set for Play toolkit is funded by Inspiring Scotland’s ‘Go Play fund and is produced by Youth Highland, Youth Scotland’s partner association in the Highlands. £13 Member Group, £18 Non Member Group Fair's Fair Our new youth pack, Fair's Fair, was created by Youth Scotland and the Scottish Fair Trade Forum. The pack will support group discussion on a range of issues relating to Fair Trade and its role in our everyday choices of things such as food, clothing, cosmetics or even electronics. Based on an Agree, Disagree game structure, the pack has statement cards on Fair Trade issues that you can personalise. This pack was originally developed to support projects funded through the CashBack for Communities Small Grants Scheme but will be useful for all small grant holders.
