2017 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
For every employee referral from January 2, 2017 until the
Christmas party in 2017, all eligible referrals resulting in a vehicle
sale will have a chance to win a Brand New 2018 Toyota Camry.
The Rules are as follows:
1) The contest is only open to non-management employees and
excludes sales personnel.
2) The eligible participant must be employed in the Peruzzi
Organization at the time of the drawing.
3) Each month the eligible employees from the prior month will spin
the wheel. The dollar amount spun on the wheel will determine
how many chances that employee gets at the party to win the prize
vehicle:
$ 50 equals one chance.
$ 75 equals one chance.
$100 equals two chances.
$150 equals three chances.
$250 equals five chances.
4) If the eligible employee is unable to attend the spin the wheel
event, another employee will be designated to spin the wheel at
that time.
5) Each chance will have a two-part ticket. One part will be given to
the employee to hold for the Christmas Drawing. The second part
on which the employee’s name will be printed will be placed in a
container from which a winning ticket will be pulled.
6) There will be three winning tickets:
Grand Prize
- Brand New 2018 Toyota Camry
Second Prize - $2,500 Cash
Third Prize
- $ 500 Cash
7) The company will pay the Sales Tax and Registration fees on the
vehicle. Any Income taxes will be the responsibility of the
employee.
