No purchase necesary. Open only to age of majority Canadian growers who: (i) reside in AB, MB,
SK; (ii) are the owner, operator or designated representative of a farm; and (iii) are legally permitted
to accept a promotional prize from Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited. Entry requirements on front, full
details below. Contest begins May 30,2016 (12:00 AM CST) and ends July 31, 2016 (11:59 PM CST).
Each eligible entrant will earn one (1) entry form for each 160 acres of qualifying fungicide purchased and at least one entered grain contract on a minimum of 40mt required to be eligible, and
have the opportunity to win one (1) Dji Phantom 3 Advanced drone worth a maximum of $1300
CAD (inclusive of all fees and taxes) for each of P&H’s participating crop input locations (21) within
the prairie provinces; AB, MB, SK. Odds of winning the Dji Phantom 3 Advanced drone depend on
the number of eligible entries. Skill-testing question required.

No Purchase Necessary
For a chance to have a valid ballot to enter into the BASF Drone contest without any purchase, in
fifty (50) words or more, a unique and original essay about ‘Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited, what
we’ve done well and what we can work on to better support our growers’ and send it along with a
self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage to:

Essays must be original, not duplicated and received before July 31st, 2016 to be eligible. There is
a limit of one (1) no purchase necessary request per unique and original essay per envelope with
sufficient postage.
An entry from will be returned to you in the self-addressed stamped envelope provided. Once you
receive the valid entry sheet you must fill it out and send/drop off to your nearest P&H retailer to
enter the contest.
Winner Selection
Grand Prizes available at participating locations (21 prizes - one per participating P&H location,
within the 3 Prairie regions)
One (1) eligible entrant will be randomly selected, from each participating location, from all eligible
entries received during the contest period. The random draw will be conducted in Winnipeg, Manitoba in early August 2016.
The odds of winning in each of the twenty-one (21) participating locations depend on the number
of eligible entries received during the contest period.

Winner Notification
P&H will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the selected entrant. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days, or if there is a return of any notification as
undeliverable; then the selected entrant will be disqualified (and will forfit all rights to the prize) and
P&H will reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries.
