Set Up
2 groups of 5 players within a 30x30 area. Number player 1 to 5 ( 1 ball per group)
Instruction
Players 1 passes to player 2 who passes to 3 ect. Lat player in sequence passes back to
player 1- repeat sequence
PROGRESSION: Condition the surface the player receives the ball with/ Reduce number of
touches to increase tempo
Coaching Points
Player should be looking for next player in the sequence before receiving the ball (Scanning
the area)
Communication from next player in sequence
Only pass the ball when eye contact is made between the two players
Ensuring pass is being made within safe channel
