Senior Associate, Marketing & Client Services
JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary responsibilities include the creation and management of communication materials including quarterly
client reviews, new business presentations, conference materials and other information on the firm’s investment
strategies. Additionally, the role entails analyzing product competition and positioning, providing research pieces
designed to illustrate the benefits of the firm’s investment strategies, and periodically communicating these
pieces to internal and external audiences. Qualified candidates must be team players, process and detail oriented
and highly organized, as well as capable of communicating key product and investment ideas to clients, prospects
and affiliates. The position reports to the Director of Marketing.
The position will be exposed to the intricacies of marketing and research functions of the firm, including close
interaction with Research and Investment Management; Client Services and Marketing.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES







Serve as the primary internal resource for client and prospect strategy queries
Manage key client communication initiatives
Serve as the primary creator of investment content for client reviews and new business presentations
Conduct capital markets research in support of client communications
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Perform such other duties as assigned or as required by the continuing and growing needs of the business
Moderate travel possible
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE










Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Economics or Engineering.
Minimum 7 years or direct industry experience
CFA, MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a natural attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong intuition of capital markets and investment concepts
Outstanding knowledge of the competitive environment for quantitative equity strategies, indexing and
asset allocation
Quantitative and detail orientated
Team player and self motivated and able to effectively and efficiently manage in a collaborative
environment
Investment consulting and/or client relationship management experience a significant plus
